故事简介：电影《恶魔学长 The Evil Senior》讲述 某年某月，4个性格不同，背景迥异的医学院的女学生在一个已经毕业的学长的带领下来到一个极为神秘偏僻，在地图上找不到的小村子里去为当地人治疗怪病，这也是她们在毕业前要完成的实习课程。在那个山村及附近地区有一个鬼新娘的风俗。当一个男人死后，他的家人们会花重金为其买一具年轻女尸作为死者在冥界的新娘。新娘俗称“鬼新娘”。 实际上，学长是一个生活潦倒，但心理阴暗，醉心于病毒研究的医学院前辍学研究生。他想通过在病毒研究领域的成就，让自己青史留名。他甚至在病毒研发阶段就将病毒投放在偏僻山村的河中，致使怪病爆发。他将全村村民当成试验品。而为了筹到更多的实验经费，他竟然想将医学院的女学生们骗入山村然后将她们杀害，再将她们的尸体卖给当地人当做鬼新娘赚钱。 在杀害女学生的过程中，学长并没有亲自下手，而是安排了一些当地的各色暴徒们来对付女学生们。但在女学生们的拼死反抗下，学长的诡计并没有得逞。他对侥幸逃生的女学生们疯狂追杀，但在勇敢机智的当地青年小张的协助下，他的阴谋一次次地落空。 随着病毒的蔓延，对于女学生来说，形势更加危及。最终，经过长时间的追击，学长带着手下将唯一幸存的女学生围堵在了一座已经垮塌的断桥上…

Plot Summary: Four girls of a Medical College were sent to a far village to cure strange disease of the villagers, with the lead of a senior. There they heard a strange custom that when a man died, his family will spend a lot of money buying a female body just died. But when there are not enough female bodies, killing occurred…… The Senior, Actually was a poverty-stricken virologist who started his study right this village at the beginning. even put the virus into the river to do experiments. In order to get more experimental funds. the girls became his target……
